1. Scope of Agreement
By visiting our website and purchasing products from Shreeji Refilling Zone, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. We sell printer accessories, compatible chips, bulk powders, and ink solutions.
2. Invoicing, Taxes & Legal Jurisdiction
All prices are shown excluding or including GST depending on the item slab details. Proper tax invoices are generated automatically upon successful payment. All legal disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
3. Delivery and Stock Availability
We endeavor to fulfill order requests promptly. If an item runs out of stock, we will alert you and offer an equivalent product or process a full refund. Restocking of items is managed directly by our administrator catalog panel.
4. Return Policy
As standard in chemical imaging components and sealed products: Goods once sold will not be accepted back. Exceptions are allowed for verified transit defects or incorrect parts shipments.
5. Term Modification
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted here and apply to all subsequent transactions immediately.
